The Department of Computer Engineering is committed to deliver the course curriculum as prescribed by the affiliatiang University with rigour and implement the Quality objectives of the institute with zeal & enthusiasm with active Industry participation. The Department believes in student centric , research oriented course delivery and aims at producing graduates who are technically sound , culturally vibrant , socially sensitive and enterprising with leadership qualities.The Course is Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi w.e.f 16.09.2011.

Programme Objectives
Preparation: To prepare students technically sound for successful career in industry that caters the needs of Indian and multinational companies and to motivate them for pursuing higher studies.
Core Competence: To provide students with a sound foundation in the mathematical and core subjects in computer engineering.
Breadth : To develop the ability among students to formulate, design and implement software based projects which will spread over broad application areas.
Professionalism: To inculcate professional and ethical attitude, effective communication and presentation skills among students and to provide opportunity for them to work as part of teams on multidisciplinary projects.
Learning Environment: To promote student awareness of the life-long learning and to prepare students culturally vibrant, socially sensitive and enterprising with leadership qualities.

Basic Engineering: Discrete Structures and Graph Theory, Computer Organizational & Architecture, Analysis and Design of Algorithm etc.
Core Engineering: Data Structures and Files, Software Engineering, Data Base Systems, Operating Systems, Microprocessors, Computer Networks, Digital Signal and Image Processing, Theoretical Computer Science, Distributed System, Data mining etc.
Advanced Engineering: Advanced Database Management Systems, Advanced Microprocessor, Advanced Computer Networks, Software Architecture, Intelligent Systems, Image Processing etc.
Application based : Web Engineering, Object Oriented Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence etc.
