Post Graduate - Required Documents

Documents required for M.E Course.

  1. S.S.C ( Std. X ) Mark sheet.
  2. H.S.C ( Std.XII ) Mark sheet.
  3. College Leaving Certificate after passing H.S.C.( Std. XII ) from last attended college.
  4. B.E. / B. Tech. Final year mark sheet.
  5. GATE score card ( if any )
  6. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & higher Secondary Education)
  7. Domicile Certificate of candidate/ Domicile certificate of Father /Mother (in case of candidate passing S.S.C. and H.S.C. Examination from recognized institution outside Maharashtra state).
  8. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate. In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable :-
    • The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
    • Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
    • Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.
  9. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (if applicable)
  10. Undertaking regarding Interim Fees payment ( Format should be produce at Admin Admission counter )
  11. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
