Under Graduate - Required Documents

 

For all Categories:

  1. S.S.C ( Std. X ) Mark sheet.
  2. H.S.C ( Std.XII ) Mark sheet.
  3. College Leaving Certificate after passing H.S.C.( Std. XII ) from last attended college.
  4. Domicile Certificate of candidate.
  5. Indian Nationality certificate of the Candidate. In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable :-
    • The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
    • Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
    • Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India

Documents required for First Year Admission Under CAP Seats.

  1. CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the D.T.E. (MH).
  2. MHT-CET Score Card.
  3. AIEEE Rank/ Score Card.
  4. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education.
  5. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed HSC /12th Standard in March 2010 or before and presently not studying in any course / institution.)
  6. Domicile Certificate of candidate / Domicile certificate of Father /Mother ( in case of candidate passing SSC ( Std X ) and HSC ( Std .XII ) Examination from recognized institution outside Maharashtra state.
  7. Caste Certificate for Backward class Candidates.
  8. Caste Validity Certificate for SC/ST/VJ/DT, (NT-A), (NT-B), (NT-C), (NT-D) /OBC/SBC.
  9. Non Creamy Layer (This certificate should be valid upto 31st March 2012.) for VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC and OBC .
  10. Proforma –A, Proforma –B, Proforma – G1, Proforma – G2 required for Type of Candidate – C,D,E, respectively.( As mentioned in DTE (MH.) brochure. (if applicable)
  11. Necessary certificates required for Type of candidate -Def-1, Def-2, Def-3,Physical handicapped students, J & K Migrant Candidates, Economically weaker section as mentioned in DTE (MH.) Brochure.( if applicable )
  12. Undertaking regarding Interim Fees of Rs 100/- on non judicial stamp paper duly notarized. ( Format should be produce at Admission counter )
  13. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under Minority Seats.

  1. MHT-CET Score Card.
  2. AIEEE Rank/ Score Card.
  3. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & higher Secondary Education.
  4. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed HSC /12th Standard in March 2010 or before and presently not studying in any course / institution.)
  5. Undertaking regarding Interim Fees of Rs 100/- on non judicial stamp paper duly notarized. ( Format should be produce at Admission counter )
  6. Affidavit for Minority status on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized (Format should be produce at Admission counter ).
  7. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

Documents required for First Year Admission Under Institute Level

  1. MHT-CET Score Card.
  2. AIEEE Rank/ Score Card.
  3. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & higher Secondary Education.
  4. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed HSC/12th Standard in March 2010 or before and presently not studying in any course/institution)
  5. Domicile Certificate of candidate/ Domicile certificate of Father /Mother ( in case of candidate passing SSC and HSC Examination from recognized institution outside Maharashtra state.

Documents required for Direct 2nd Year Admission.

  1. CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the DTE (MH) ( For CAP students only ).
  2. Diploma Final Year Marksheet.
  3. Diploma Provisional Passing Certificate.
  4. College Leaving Certificate after passing Diploma Exam from last attended college.
  5. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than MSBTE.
  6. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed Diploma in March 2010 or before and presently not studying in any course/institution)
  7. Domicile Certificate of candidate / Domicile certificate of Father /Mother ( in case of candidate passing SSC ( Std X ) and Diploma Examination from recognized institution outside Maharashtra State.
