AI tools are increasingly handling routine technical activities such as code generation, structural simulations, and engineering calculations. As technology automates repetitive tasks, human capabilities such as leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and communication become increasingly valuable.

When employers compare candidates with similar technical qualifications, the final decision is often influenced by who can communicate confidently with clients, manage team dynamics, present ideas clearly, and perform effectively under pressure.
