Under Graduate - Fee Details
Shikshan Shulka Samiti finalized the fee of Rs.90,000/-(Tuition & Development fee) for the Academic Year 2010-2011 vide Letter No. SSS (H & T) / Meeting / 20th Jan.11 / 2011 / 7418 dated 28/01/2011.
Interim Fee will be subject to a limit of 15% of total fee for the previous year as per Shikshan Shulka Samiti Draft Minutes SSS (H&T) dated 10th May 2011.
Proposed interim fee Rs 1,03,500/-for Academic Year 2011- 12.

Note:
- If the final fee approved is less than the interim fee collected, the same shall be refunded within 4 weeks from the date of finalization of fees.
- If the final fee approved is more than interim fee collected, the same shall be collected from the student within 15 days from the date of finalization of fees by Shikshan Shulka Samiti.
Fee Refund Policy for 1st Year / Direct 2nd Year Engineering Course
Refund of Tuition, Development and Other fees after cancellation of admission :
The candidate who has been provisionally admitted may cancel admission by submitting an application in duplicate, in the prescribed pro forma - O and may request for refund of fees. The refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course. It is made clear that such application for cancellation will be considered if
and only if the admission is confirmed by paying the prescribed tuition fee and other fees in full and by submitting the original documents. Refund shall be made
after deduction of the cancellation charges as shown below:

Note:
- Amount of Security/Caution Money Deposit is to be refunded entirely to candidate.
- For the calculation of amount on the pro-rata basis, one month shall be treated as one unit e.g. if the candidate cancels the admission on third day after start of the academic session and the seat is filled on/before the cutoff date, then cancellation amount will be, total fees/12 or Rs. 1000/-, whichever is higher.
