Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester II irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-I.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester III if s/he passes each of Semester I & Semester II.
  • OR
  • S/he fails in not more than eight heads of passing of which not more than five shall be in End Semester Examinations of Semesters I & II taken together.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester IV irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-III.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester V if s/he passes each of Semester I, Semester II, Semester III & Semester IV.
  • OR
  • S/he has passed in all heads of Semester I & II and fails in not more than eight heads of passing of which not more than five shall be in End Semester Examinations of Semesters III & IV taken together.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester VI irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-V.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester VII if s/he passes each of Semester I, Semester II, Semester III Semester IV, Semester V & Semester VI.
  • OR
  • S/he has passed in all heads of Semester I, II, III & IV and fails in not more than eight heads of passing of which not more than five shall be in End Semester Examinations of Semester V & VI taken together.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester VIII irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-VII.

one ME/M.Tech

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • A learner who has not passed semesters I and II examination in all respects shall be also allowed to keep the term in semester III.
  • No learner shall be allowed to appear for the Dissertation and viva voce examination unless s/he has satisfactorily kept the terms for the semester I, II and III and passed fully in semester I, II and III examinations.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester II irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-I.
  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester III if s/he passes each of Semester I & Semester II.
  • OR

  • A candidate shall be allowed to keep term for Semester IV irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester-III.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester II irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester I.
  • A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester III if s/he passes each of Semester I and Semester II.
  • OR
  • S/he fails in not more than four heads of passing of Semester I and Semester II taken together.
  • A learner shall be allowed to keep term for Semester IV irrespective of grades obtained in each course of Semester III.

one BBA

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • A learner who passes all papers in Semester I can proceed to Semester II.
  • Semester I → II: Students can progress irrespective of backlogs.
  • Semester II → III: Allowed if all subjects in Semesters I & II are passed or if failed in not more than two subjects in each Semester (A learner failing in up to four subjects across Semester I and II can still move to the second year)
  • Semester III → IV: Allowed regardless of the number of failures in Semester III.
  • Semester IV → V: Allowed only after passing all First-Year subjects and failing in not more than two subjects in each Semester of III & IV (A learner failing in up to four subjects across Semester III and IV can still move to the third year)
  • Semester V → VI: Allowed only after passing all subjects up to Second-Year and failing in not more than two subjects in Semester V.
  • If a learner fails to attend internal exams due to medical condition, they can appear in supplementary exams with a valid medical certificate.
  • Once a learner passes all semesters of the BBA program, they cannot re-register to improve their results.

one MBA

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Subsequent Higher Year

  • i) A learner who passes all papers in Semester I can proceed to Semester II.
  • j) Semester I → II: Students can progress irrespective of backlogs.
  • k) Semester II → III: Allowed if all subjects in Semesters I & II are passed or if failed in not more than two subjects in each Semester (A learner failing in up to four subjects across Semesters I and II can still move to the second year)
  • l) Semester III → IV: Allowed regardless of the number of failures in Semester III.
  • m) If a learner fails to attend internal exams due to medical condition, they can appear in supplementary exams with a valid medical certificate.
  • n) Once a learner passes all four semesters of the MBA program, they cannot re-register to improve their results.
